The Challenge

THREE PROBLEMS.
ONE PLATFORM.

Click each challenge to understand the real cost of undetected vaping in your building.

01
Hidden incidents
Toilets · changing rooms · restricted areas

Vaping in toilets, changing rooms, and off-camera areas goes undetected until a complaint is raised — by which point the incident is over and staff have nothing to act on.

EVERYTHING
IN ONE BOX.

The Standalone unit does the whole job on its own. It spots the incident, alerts your staff and keeps the record — no hub, no server, no cloud account.

  • Catches vaping and smoking, ignores sprays, steam and dust
  • Simple dashboard with every alert, its room and the full history
  • Push alerts to unlimited staff devices, plus email
  • Role-based users, scheduling and secure remote access built in
  • Tamper alert if the case is opened or a screw removed

02 Ideal for

START WITH YOUR
HARDEST ROOM.

Most sites begin with the one room that causes the most concern — the toilet block, the changing room, the back-of-house washroom. Prove it there, then grow.

  • A single washroom or changing room
  • A small site with one problem area
  • A pilot before a wider rollout

03 What it reacts to

CAUGHT IN SECONDS.
NEVER FOOLED BY SPRAY.

The moment someone vapes, VapeSense knows — and it knows the difference between a vape and a can of deodorant. Staff get an alert with the exact room, fast enough to act on.

Staff are alerted
VapingE-cigarettes and disposable vapes, including flavoured ones
SmokingCigarettes and other smoke, reported separately from vaping
TamperingAnyone trying to open, cover or remove the sensor
Recognised and blocked
Hairspray & deodorantEveryday sprays don’t send staff running

Dust, fans & draughtsCleaning and busy rooms stay quiet
Candles at a distanceA faint trace isn’t treated as an incident
04 Up and running

FROM CEILING TO FIRST ALERT.

Four steps for a qualified electrician, then name the room, add your staff and press the test button.

  1. Mounting plate, mains cable and fixing screws01

    Fix the plate

Screw the mounting plate to the ceiling over the mains cable.

  2. Sensor lined up with the wired mounting plate02

    Wire it

A qualified electrician connects it to mains power, plus a network cable if you prefer wired.

  3. Sensor pushed home and locked with side security screws03

    Lock it

Push the sensor home and fit the security screws. From now on, any tampering raises an alert.

  4. Sensor connecting to Wi-Fi from a phone04

    Connect it

Join your Wi-Fi from a phone, or plug in a network cable.
